Our vision at Esther’s Place is to be known in the community as a resource center that enables individuals to become productive and successful members of society.

The Mission of Esther's Place is to eliminate poverty and to create sustainable change with broad social impact by working with individuals where they are to break the cycle of generational poverty. This will be done by providing life skills training, work readiness skills and teaching spiritual resilience practices that will help eliminate poverty, and combat substance abuse and self destructive behaviors that destroy families and communities. The organization will also act as a catalyst to encourage peer to peer mentoring relationships among those who have successfully broken the cycle of poverty and those who are attempting to do so.

Unlike other organizations, Esther's Place is unique in its comprehensive program, teaching life skills training, work readiness skills and spiritual resilience. We desire to be that helping center for individuals in the East Lake and greater Chattanooga area. We will assist you as you begin your new life.
